1. ALL BEEF ORDERS, APPROXIMATE AMOUNTS AND CORRESPONDING PRICING WILL BE CALCULATED & CHARGED BY THE HANGING WEIGHT. The hanging weight is the weight of the beef after slaughter, drained of blood and removal of all organs.
YOUR TAKE HOME WEIGHT IS TYPICALLY 60-65% OF THE HANGING WEIGHT. Why? This is because during the butchering process bones, ligaments and other materials are removed which decreases the overall pounds.
2. Our Pricing includes all processing fees. $1.15 USDA processing fee/pound. As well as the $150 Kill & Disposal fee. Beef is hung and aged for 10-14 Days.
